Bridie Morris
DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS
Bridie has a background in digital content creation and visual storytelling, working across photography, videography, and social media for a range of local brands and community organisations.
She is passionate about creating meaningful, accessible content that helps people feel connected to the stories around them. This passion naturally led her to the Western Bay Museum, where the history, people, and sense of place provide endless inspiration.
In her role with the museum, Bridie documents exhibitions, events, school visits, and the day-to-day moments that make the museum such a special community hub. She enjoys collaborating with the team to share our mahi in a clear, creative, and engaging way. Her aim is to bring the museum’s stories to life online-making our heritage feel alive, relevant, and welcoming to all ages.
Bridie loves contributing to a space that preserves knowledge and celebrates the people of the Western Bay. Through digital storytelling, she hopes to help more of our community discover the richness of their own history and feel proud of the stories that have shaped this place. Being part of the museum team allows her to combine her creative skills with her love for community, culture, and connection.
